grandPA Tim Routledge
Great grandPA Tim is a highly experienced lighting programmer and has been using grandMA for over 5 years.
Tim is an owner-operator with an array of MA equipment from consoles to media servers.
In 2008 Tim is proud to announce he will be working on the London Handover Ceremony at the Beijing Olympics and Paralympics.
Tim works in a number of genre's giving him the ability to cover by live event and broadcast shows. Recent shows include, The Cure's World Tour, Dancing On Ice The Tour, Classical Spectacular, Elton Johns Big Red Piano Show, Faithless, Godskitchen Global Gathering to name but a few.
In television Tim has programmed numerous series of Big Brother, the National Lottery 1 vs 100, Street Gig inserts for Transmission with T-Mobile, Popty, and numerous broadcast live events such as the Wales Grand Slam Concert, BAFTA Video Games Awards, The Full Ponty, Peace One Day Concert, Breathing Life Awards.
In theatre Tim has designed and programmed a number of shows and
was responsible for all of the current main shows onboard the Queen Mary 2
and QE2 Ocean Liners. Other theatre shows include Macbeth, Hot Stuff,
East, West Side Story, The Contender, Quadrophenia, Apassionata,
Hit Me With a Hot Note.
Tim has also provided training and support for MA Lighting over the past
